Product Claim Service

Quality is one of our top priorities at LIEWOOD, therefore we are sorry to hear, if some of our designs did not live up to your expectations. If you would like to submit a product claim, please follow our guidelines below.
Product purchased at our webshop Liewood.com
You are welcome to submit your claim with an order number and a few product images. We will resolve your case within a few business days.
In case you have received a wrong order or product, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@liewood.com with your order number.
Product purchased at a retail store
You can either submit your claim directly to a retail store where the product was purchased at or to us. To process a claim, you will be kindly asked to provide proof of purchase and a few product images.
Product received as a gift
If the gift was purchased from our webshop, you are welcome to submit a claim with an order number and a few product images.

Further information
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can receive either a repair, an exchange, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
You must complain about your item within a reasonable period of time after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint is always deemed to have been made within the deadline.
If you are entitled to a refund, this will be made within 14 days after we have authorised the complaint.
